This 45 year old South Jersey Breast Enhancement patient came to see me regarding breast rejuvination. She had heard that I focus my New Jersey and Philadelphia area plastic surgery practice on breast and body contouring. Her major complaint was "loss of volume as well as a droopy appearance" to her breasts.We discussed her goals and I recommended a breast lift along with a small saline breast implant to give back volume. In the operating room an anchor incision breast lift mastopexy as well as a 250cc saline round implant placed under the muscle was performed. The lift incisions were designed to remove the excess skin and eliminate the hanging tissue. The implant was utilized to give back breast volume.She is seen here at 6 months and is absolutely delighted. Her incisions have started to fade at this point and will continue to do so for the next year. Her goals have been met and she "keeps showing them off to her jealous friends!"
