35 year old woman from Philadelphia desired breast augmentation. She desired a natural appearing full result which would increase her size from a B to a full C. Here she is shown three months after breast augmentation with 425cc silicone gel implants placed via inframammary (breast crease) incisions. She is very pleased with both the natural feel and appearance of her new breasts.
