30 year old lady who had breast augmentation by another surgeon 5 years ago. She originally had textured anatomic (tear drop shaped) 275cc saline implants. She was unhappy with the shape, size, and feel of her implants and result. She is shown here 3 months after revision breast augmentation with smooth round 425cc silicone implants.
