30 year old lady post breast augmentation 5 years previously by another surgeon. She was very unhappy with the size, shape, and nipple position after her first breast augmentation. She also complained about the feel of her saline implants. She had revision breast augmentation with change from 180cc saline round implants to 280cc smooth round silicone implants. She is shown at 6 months with much improved symmetry and is much happier with the feel of her breasts.
